It was an awakening for him to realize the potential he possessed. Ryan played his best football as a senior earning scholarship offers from Virginia, USF, and Dartmouth. Ryan signed with Virginia and is listed as the #1 left tackle entering the 2019 season as a red-shirt sophomore.
