A legendary and electric performer on the 2015 GAIN Sports Bus Tour, spectators to this day have not forgotten Domenic’s performance the first University of Maryland 7v7 Tournament we attended on the bus tour.  Domenic vaulted our offense into the Final Four on Capital One Field inside Maryland’s stadium.  A special talent, Domenic’s senior season was cut short due to injury but nevertheless he started his college career with a bang.  After starting his career at Holy Cross at WR, Domenic was moved to the starting RB and in his first performance was the first in over 2 seasons to rush for over 100-yards in a single game in victory over Harvard.  Entering his second year on campus, Domenic was chosen to be featured on the team poster entering the 2017 season as you may view below.

Gilmore then talked about freshman Domenic Cozier, who played running back in high school but has spent his first year at Holy Cross as a wide receiver. After a slew of injuries at the position, though, Cozier practiced this week at running back.

On Saturday, he ran for 112 yards and averaged 7 yards per carry to gut a strong Harvard defensive line.

On the next play, Domenic Cozier ran 5 yards for a touchdown as the Crusaders took a 21-10 lead with 8:44 left in the first half.

In HC’s first offensive play of the day, Wade completed a pass to Flaherty for a 46-yard gain. Later in the drive, Cozier ran 2 yards up the middle for a touchdown with 9:07 left in the first quarter as HC took a 7-0 lead.
