Next, following the lead of the founding Rivals.com management team, Josh joined the Scout.com network to publish “www.hawktalkonline.com” before transitioning to managing the midlands territory as a recruiting publisher on a full- time basis. A few key highlights during Josh’s time with Scout.com were being the first to report Ron Prince as the new head football coach at Kansas State University; in addition; to managing the inaugural Scout.com Combine at The University of Iowa in April 2006 featuring several notable prospects: OL David Molk (Michigan), WR David Gilreath (Wisconsin), DL Christian Ballard (Iowa), OL Harland Gunn (MiamiFL), S Jordan Bernstine (Iowa), and QB/WR Keith Nichols (Michigan State) among 120 athletes from 12 states. Josh earned his degree from The University of Iowa during his five years with Scout.com. Josh’s next opportunity came with Athletes Performance (known now as EXOS) at their start-up facility in Las Vegas to lead sales and marketing in partnership with Joe Abussanar and Impact Basketball. Later, Josh relocated to New Jersey during DeBartolo Sports University’s first year of operation where he sold and managed football camps in Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Kansas City; in addition; to managing the 2008 Joe Montana QB of the Year and Jerry Rice WR of the Year campaigns.

In the fall of 2009, Josh joined IMG Academy as their first representative of football and as part of the original team to launch the IMG Madden Football Academy in March 2010. Josh managed all business operations following the launch and led all programming and marketing efforts which included the creation of the Kickoff Weekend and All-Madden Mini-Camp series, the QB GameChanger weekly camp, the QB Evaluation, and individual training programs. Within the first three years, the football program became the fastest individual sport academy in IMG Academy history to surpass one million in annual camp revenue. Later, Josh led the admission of several notable players a part of the inaugural IMG Academy Varsity Football Team including QB Michael O’Connor (Penn State), WR Casey Gunderson (Bryant), WR Sean Daniel (Virginia Tech), WR Clark Thomas (Charleston Southern), WR James Forbes (Jacksonville), OL Matt Murphy (Buffalo), OL Donnie Foster (Syracuse), DT Frederick Schroeder (Ball State), DE Kyle Forde, DL Andre Taylor (Murray State), LB Nick Thomas (Wisconsin), CB Matthew Boateng (Kansas), and S Shane Dixon (Youngstown State).

Clark and his family reside in Sarasota, FL where they are raising a son and a daughter.
